Three disciplines, delivered fully online through an AI-assisted pipeline with chartered human review. You send raw data; we send back analysis-ready outputs. Fixed scope, fixed fee, honest timelines.
Raw LiDAR is rarely usable out of the box. Point clouds arrive with noise, mixed returns, and unclassified geometry. We run datasets through a machine-learning pipeline that classifies ground, vegetation, buildings, and infrastructure, then filters outliers and extracts features. Every output is reviewed by a chartered engineer before delivery.
Typical input formats include LAS, LAZ, and E57. We return classified point clouds, vectorised features (building footprints, tree canopies, road edges), and a brief technical report summarising what was done.
A digital twin should be queryable, not just pretty. We build semantically-labelled 3D models from scan data so you can ask questions of the geometry: where are all the drainage assets within 100m; which façades show deviation from the design model; what has changed since the last scan.
Models integrate with standard BIM and GIS workflows (IFC, Revit, ArcGIS). For ongoing sites, we can set up change-detection cycles so each new scan is automatically compared against the baseline.
Most clients do not need another dashboard. They need a specific spatial question answered. We build bespoke GIS analyses and interactive maps tailored to the decision you need to make: site selection, route optimisation, drainage modelling, vegetation monitoring, flood risk, or asset management.
Deliverables range from static print-quality cartography (PDF, GeoTIFF) to interactive web maps hosted on your domain, with filtering, layer toggling, and data export built in.
Abutra does not do field work. We are a fully online studio focused on processing and intelligence, not scan capture.
If you need raw LiDAR or drone data captured on site, work with a qualified survey contractor for the field phase; then send us the raw dataset and we handle everything downstream. We are happy to recommend trusted UK survey partners we have worked with.
This separation is deliberate. It keeps our pricing lean, our turnaround fast, and our focus sharp on where AI genuinely adds value: the processing pipeline, not the tripod.
Send us a short brief describing the problem. We will tell you what the right deliverable looks like, fixed fee, fixed timeline.
